Pizza Crust

Time: 75 mins Yield: Two 12” or one 16” Crust



  • 1 Package Pizza Mix
  • Yeast Packet (included)
  • 2 c. Very Warm Water (between 120°-125°)

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 425°. Add the entire bag of mix and yeast packet directly into the bowl of your stand mixer (or large bowl if mixing by hand). With the mixer on low, slowly add in the water. Once the dough has come together, turn your mixer up to medium speed and mix for 3 minutes. Place dough on a well oiled 16" pizza pan, or divide dough in half and use two 12" pans. With lightly oiled hands, gently press out the dough. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes, loosely covered with plastic wrap. Once risen, remove plastic wrap and bake in a pre-heated oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings. Return to oven and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown. 

Note: After par bake, you can wrap your crust in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for future use.
