Herbed Loaf Bread

Time: 2 hours Yield: 1 9” Bread Loaf


  • 1 Package Pizza Crust Mix
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Thyme, Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder or Granules


Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.  Spray or grease a 9” loaf pan and set aside.  Chop your herbs and set aside.  Follow the instructions on the back of the Pizza Mix box, adding your herbs and garlic powder into the dry mix before adding water.  Once your dough has come together, transfer it to your prepared bread pan and cover with plastic wrap.  Allow the bread to rise for an hour.  Remove plastic wrap, brush the top with water or unsweetened non-dairy milk and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until your bread is golden brown.  Remove from the oven.  After 10 minutes or so pop the bread out of the pan and allow it to cool completely before cutting.
