Time: 30 minutes Yield: 16 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 Package Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- ¾ c. Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- 3 c. Hot Water
- ½ c. Sunflower Oil (or other neutral oil)
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
Directions:
Finely chop your green onions and set aside. Mix garlic powder, salt and pancake mix into a bowl. To the bowl add water and both oils and whisk until small to no lumps remain, your batter will be very thin. Fold in the green onions. Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat with a teaspoon or two of neutral oil. Once oil is hot, pour in a ¼ cup of batter. Tilt the pan a little to spread out the pancake or spread with the back of a spoon. Cook on each side for about two minutes or until the edges start to brown.
Recipe can be halved for a smaller batch.
