Classic Waffle

Time: 25 mins Yield: 8 Waffles


  • 1 Package Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 2 ½ c. Non-Dairy Milk
  • ½ c. Safflower Oil (or other neutral oil)
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS: Preheat your waffle iron. Add the entire bag of mix into a bowl and create a well. Add in milk, oil and vanilla extract. Mix until only small to medium lumps remain and let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into preheated waffle iron and bake based on manufacturer's instructions.
