Orange Hazelnut Brownie Bundt Cake

Yield: 1 Bundt Cake  



1 Package Brownie Mix
¾ c. Non-Dairy Milk
¼ c. Orange Juice  
½ c. Safflower Oil (or other neutral oil)
¼ c. Applesauce 
1 Tbsp. Orange Zest 
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
½ c. Hazelnuts (chopped)



    Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a bundt pan and set aside. Add the entire bag of mix to a bowl and create a well. Add in the milk, applesauce, orange juice, oil, vanilla extract and zest and mix until only small lumps remain. Fold in hazelnuts. Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
