Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS
- 3 ¼ c. All-Purpose Flour Blend
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg (optional)
- 1 ¼ c. Maple Syrup
- ⅔ c. Safflower Oil (or other neutral oil)
- 1 c. Bananas, well mashed
- 1 c. Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°. Grease or oil a 9" x 5" loaf pan and set aside. Mix the dry ingredients together and create a well. Add in your wet ingredients and stir with a spatula until very small lumps remain. Pour batter into your prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
